Menu: Week 3

15 November 2011

I will also be purchasing our turkey this week. Sprouts has free-range turkeys for $1.49/lb. We are doing all of the cooking for Thanksgiving Day, so there is a separate budget for Turkey Day.

Thank you for this!! Very helpful to see you in action. :) And where do you get your sprouted whole wheat tortillas? Do you have links to your recipes, too?

Hi Ash - Thank you for reading! :) My recipe for the tortillas is here: I use sprouted flour when I find it on sale (which I did last week). My goal is to add 3-4 recipes a week from my menu. I like to post pictures of the food I make, so I usually wait until I have the pictures to post. Within in the next week I will be posting the turkey soup, fiesta black bean soup, green beans & almonds, arroz con pollo, and the coconut dip. However, I plan on getting most of our family favorites up as soon as possible. :)
