Listen to Your Body

As a doula, I often tell clients to listen to their bodies. If they are continually desiring the same foods then maybe their body is asking for some vitamins and minerals. The practice of paying attention to cravings should not just be practiced during pregnancy, but should be something we all do. I recently stumbled across a great site that shows what you could be needing if you find yourself with an insatiable hankering. :)
